Offer a perk in the Zewards Store

List a perk participants can redeem with Zewards Points.

The Zewards Store lets participants spend their Zewards Points on perks from UAE businesses: a free item, a discount, tickets, an experience.

  1. Go to Store in your business dashboard and create a perk: title, description, 4:5 portrait image, value, quantity and how it's redeemed (unique codes, one shared code, a booking link or in store).
  2. Add any terms, the redemption window (14 days by default) and your authorisation document.
  3. Submit it for review. We'll approve it, ask for changes, or explain why it was rejected.

The points price is set from the perk's value (about 10 points per AED). The value itself is never shown to participants. You can follow each redemption from the perk, and participants see only your business name. You see only their username.
