Promotion Rules

These Promotion Rules apply to every giveaway published on Zewards (zewards.app), operated by Creaateo Digital For Computer Systems & Communication Equipment Software Design (Sole Establishment), Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) Licence No. 1647975, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trading as Creaateo. They are the standard rules; each giveaway page shows the specifics for that giveaway — its prize, its dates, its minimum age, its number of winners, how winners are chosen, and any additional rules set by the business running it.

Where a giveaway page and these rules differ on a specific detail, the giveaway page governs that detail. These rules sit alongside the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

No purchase is necessary and no payment of any kind is required to enter a giveaway or to receive a prize. Zewards does not sell entries, extra entries, improved chances, tickets or any credit that converts into entries. Bonus entries earned by referring friends are free and cannot be bought. A paid Zewards subscription is a business tool only and never affects who wins.

You must hold a Zewards account, be a UAE resident, and meet the minimum age stated on the giveaway page. Each giveaway sets its own minimum age. One account per person, and each person may enter a giveaway once unless that giveaway's page says otherwise. Employees, owners and immediate family of the business running a giveaway may not enter that giveaway.

Complete the participation tasks shown on the giveaway page. Tasks may ask you to visit a link, follow or engage with the business on social media, answer a question, submit a form, or upload proof of an action. Completed tasks earn entries. Some tasks are required; optional tasks may earn additional entries where the giveaway page says so.

Entries only count while the giveaway is open. Entries submitted after the closing time shown on the giveaway page are not accepted.

Where a task requires proof, that proof may be checked automatically and, where needed, reviewed by the business running the giveaway or by Zewards. Fake, edited, recycled or borrowed proof invalidates the entry, may cancel a win, and may result in account suspension. Proof still awaiting a decision when a giveaway closes is decided before winners are finalised.

Each giveaway page states its selection method.

• •Instant win: prizes are allocated automatically by Zewards' servers, first come first served, to eligible participants while reward slots remain. Allocation cannot be influenced or paid for.
• •Draw: winners are selected at random by Zewards' automated system after the giveaway closes. Entries are weighted, so more entries mean a proportionally higher chance of winning — never a guaranteed win. Every draw is recorded and reproducible.

Winner selection is final. The number of winners is shown on the giveaway page.

The prize, its stated value and its delivery method are shown on the giveaway page. The prize is offered, funded and delivered by the business named on that page as a promotional expense of that business. Zewards is the platform provider and is not the prize sponsor.

Prizes are not transferable and are not exchangeable for cash unless the giveaway page states a cash prize. Prizes cannot be substituted or downgraded once a giveaway is live; where a prize genuinely becomes unavailable the business must supply a replacement of equal or greater value.

Winners are notified in the app, and by email or WhatsApp where those are enabled on the account. You must claim within the period stated in your win notification and provide accurate delivery or redemption details. Unclaimed prizes may expire and be offered to a backup winner.

Voucher and digital codes should be treated like cash — keep them private and redeem them by any expiry stated by the business. If a prize does not arrive, arrives damaged, or a code does not work, raise the issue from your win; the business is responsible for resolving it and Zewards may step in to mediate.

Winning does not require you to be named publicly. Your first name, last initial and profile photo appear on the public Wall of Wins only if you gave separate consent at the moment of your win; otherwise the win is shown anonymously.

• •Multiple or shared accounts, or entering more times than a giveaway allows.
• •Bots, scripts, automation or paid engagement used to complete tasks.
• •Fake, edited or reused proof.
• •Providing false eligibility information, including date of birth.
• •Any attempt to manipulate allocation or a draw.

Zewards may remove entries, cancel wins, withhold prizes and suspend accounts for any of the above.

Zewards may suspend, shorten or remove a giveaway that breaches the Terms & Conditions, the Business Terms, or the law, or where the business behind it is suspended. Where a giveaway is cancelled after entries were taken, affected participants are notified in-app. These rules may be updated; the date at the top of this page shows the current version, and the rules in force are those published when the giveaway opened.
