Promotion permits

Adding your emirate permit, how we review it, and take-downs.

In the UAE, promotions may need a permit from the emirate's economic department (for example Dubai DET). Getting one is your responsibility.

Add the authority, permit number and document in the giveaway builder. It's optional, but giveaways without one show a No permit label to participants.

Zewards checks every permit you add. Verified permits show as such; if we reject one, you'll see the reason and can resubmit.

If a permit turns out to be invalid we can pause the giveaway while it's re-checked. An honest mistake can have its credit refunded if you close the giveaway; forged permits are never refunded. More than 3 take-downs suspends the business automatically.
