Vouchers and digital codes. Instant giveaways reveal your code the moment you claim. Manual ones are sent by the business, usually within a couple of days.
Physical prizes. The business ships them and adds tracking where available. Most UAE deliveries land within 7–10 days.
Cash. Paid by bank transfer, typically within 14 days of a verified claim.
Code already used, item damaged, or nothing arrived? Raise an issue from the claim on your Wins page — the business is notified. If it stays unresolved for more than a few days, open a support ticket and we'll take it from there.
