You won — how to claim
Claim your prize before the deadline and what details we ask for.
Winners get an in-app notification and an email. Open My wins and tap Claim.
What we ask depends on the prize:
- Voucher or digital code — nothing to fill in. Instant rewards reveal the code right away.
- Physical prize — your name, phone and UAE delivery address.
- Cash — your bank details for the transfer.
Your claim details go only to the business fulfilling that prize, and only for that prize.
After you claim, the business marks the prize processing, shipped or fulfilled and you can follow the status on the same page. Tap Received once it arrives.
