Every win comes with a claim deadline shown on your Wins page. We send a reminder 48 hours before it expires.
Miss the deadline and the prize is released — we can't reinstate it, because it's immediately re-offered to a backup winner so the reward still reaches someone.
For draws the backup is picked by the same seeded method as the original draw. For instant wins the slot goes back to the next entrant in line.
If a business isn't fulfilling a prize you claimed, open a ticket with the giveaway name — we chase it and can step in.
