Proofs — your 24-hour window
Proof submissions come to you with the automatic check's verdict attached. Approve or reject each one, with a reason where you reject.
You have 24 hours. Unreviewed proofs escalate to the Zewards team and we decide them for you. If a proof is still awaiting a decision when a draw giveaway closes, the draw is held until it's resolved — so keeping this queue clear keeps your giveaway on schedule.
Review fairly. Rejecting genuine proof to shrink your prize pool is a breach of the Business Terms.
Answers and leads
Question answers and lead-form submissions are collected here and exportable. These are provided so you can verify participation and fulfil the giveaway — keep them confidential, use them only for that purpose unless the participant consented to more, and delete them when you no longer need them.
