Fulfilling your winners

The claims queue, your obligations, and what happens if you're late.

This is the part that matters most. Everything else on Zewards is marketing; this is the promise.

The claims queue

When a winner claims, the claim appears under Claims with exactly the details you need — a delivery address, bank details or nothing at all for an instant code. Work each claim through its statuses:

  1. Processing — you've seen it and started.
  2. Shipped — for physical prizes, with carrier and tracking where you have it.
  3. Fulfilled — done from your side.

The winner confirms Received at their end, which closes the claim.

Your obligations

  • Fulfil within the window shown in your dashboard.
  • Ship to the address given, and keep delivery evidence.
  • Honour voucher and digital codes exactly as advertised.
  • Resolve any problem a winner reports about your prize.
  • Keep your contact details current so winners and Zewards can reach you.

If you're late

Claims sitting untouched get you a nudge. Blow the fulfilment window and the winner, you and Zewards are all notified. Persistent failure means we block you from publishing, mediate the dispute publicly with the affected winner, and suspend your account.

Suspension doesn't cancel what you already owe. Obligations to existing winners survive it.
