Plans
Starter, Business and Pro differ on how many giveaways you can run per month, how many can be live at once, whether advanced analytics are unlocked, included boosts, and team seats. Change plan any time from Billing — upgrades apply immediately, downgrades and cancellations at the end of the paid period.
Credits
Publishing a giveaway consumes credits. Verified businesses get a starter grant, and you can top up in packs from Billing. Every grant, spend and top-up is listed there, so the numbers always reconcile.
Credits have no cash value, aren't transferable, and expire where an expiry was stated when they were granted.
Cash prizes
Cash prizes are separate from credits: you pay each winner yourself by bank transfer, using the details they submit when claiming, and upload the transfer receipt and reference number in Claims.
Billing itself
Card payments are handled by Stripe — Zewards never stores your card. Invoices, payments and refunds are all on your Billing page. Cancelling stops future charges but doesn't end your live giveaways, and you remain responsible for prizes you've already promised.
Subscription fees buy platform tools only. They never influence who wins.
