Tasks and proof review
What happens after you upload a screenshot, and what to do if it's rejected.
Some tasks ask for proof — usually a screenshot. Here's the path it takes:
- Automatic check. We look at the screenshot instantly. You get up to three attempts.
- Business review. If the check is unsure, the business reviews it. They have 24 hours.
- Zewards review. If they don't act in time, it's escalated to us and we decide.
Tips for proof that passes first time: full screen, no cropping, taken on the same account you're entering with, and clearly showing the action requested.
Rejected unfairly? Send it for manual review from the giveaway page, or open a ticket with the giveaway name and we'll look at it ourselves.
