Trade licence requirements
Accepted documents, file limits and the most common rejection reasons.
Accepted: valid UAE mainland, free zone, e-trader or branch licence. PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 25MB.
Most common rejection reasons:
- Licence expired, or expiring within 30 days.
- Trading name on the licence doesn't match the name you entered.
- Screenshot is cropped so the licence number or authority isn't readable.
- Supporting document is in a different company's name.
- Contact email is a personal address with no link to the business domain.
Keep your licence expiry date up to date in your business profile — we'll warn you before it lapses, and giveaways can't be published on an expired licence.
