Only licence-verified businesses can publish giveaways on Zewards. That's the promise we make to participants.
What you submit: your trade licence, one supporting document (utility bill, VAT certificate, bank letter, establishment card or MOA), your licence number, authority and expiry, plus the contact details of the person authorised to act for the business.
What happens next: an automatic document check runs first. Clear-cut cases are approved in minutes. Anything inconclusive goes to a human at Zewards — usually within one business day.
You'll get an in-app notification and email with the decision. If something was rejected, the note tells you exactly what to fix before you resubmit.
