Change or cancel your plan
Upgrades, downgrades, cancellation timing and invoices.
Change your plan any time from Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep everything you paid for until then.
Cancelling stops future charges. Your live giveaways keep running to their end date and winners are still fulfilled — you're responsible for prizes you already promised.
Invoices and payment history are on the same page. Card payments are handled by Stripe; Zewards never stores your card details.
Billing question or a charge you don't recognise? Open a ticket with the invoice date and amount.
