What you'll be asked for
- Voucher or digital code — nothing to fill in. Instant rewards reveal the code immediately.
- Physical prize — name, phone and UAE delivery address.
- Cash — bank details for the transfer. The business pays you directly and uploads the transfer receipt and reference number.
Your claim details go only to the business fulfilling that specific prize.
Deadlines matter
Every win has a claim deadline shown on your Wins page, and we remind you 48 hours before it expires. Miss it and the prize is released to a backup winner automatically — we can't reinstate it, because it's already gone to someone else.
Publicity is your choice
Winning never requires you to be named. Your first name, last initial and photo appear on the public Wall of Wins only if you give separate consent at the moment you win. Otherwise your win is shown anonymously.
