Try this first: refresh the page, then sign out and back in. If a task or upload is stuck, check your connection and try a different browser — private/incognito windows block some social logins.

Upload failing? Images must be under the size limit and in JPG, PNG or PDF format. Screenshots straight from a phone gallery work best.

Still broken? Open a support ticket and include: what you were doing, what you expected, what happened instead, your device and browser, and the giveaway name if it's giveaway-specific. That's usually enough for us to reproduce and fix it same day.
